The main benefit of the knowledge base is that they provide instant answers, whereas the forums process of getting a question answered may take a longer to get the desired response that really answers your question. The questions are answered primarily by knowledgeable NCI staff and instructors.

The knowledge base is a great place to start when you need information, and if you find your problem or question is a new one, than you can always pose it in a question on the forums page. The process also allows you to write a question directly to one of NCI’s experienced technicians.
