Training Program / Curriculum Content
Steve Vannoy is our Manager of Training Development. He is a 25+ year
veteran of the HVAC Industry, having worked as a contractor, and in
training & development for a national HVAC sales force, and a major
manufacturer. Steve is responsible for developing new NCI training
programs, as well as creating and maintaining our residential and
commercial standards and procedures.
Business Orientation Coach
Contact Deb Bowen if you have need support with Business Leadership Membership implementation or facilitation.
Business Solutions Development Manager
Nita Brooks is responsible for developing tools and solutions for NCI Business Leadership members, as well as creating and teaching business leadership courses. She coaches members on how to best utilize the programs and training that their membership offers.

Public Relations duties for NCI, serving as liaison with HVAC industry, and
other media about current National Comfort Institute projects, priorities,
and concerns, and pursuing proactive coverage of NCI, NCT, and our members.
