Andrea Garsed joined NCI in December, 2012 as a Marketing Assistant and is currently the Marketing Coordinator. Her responsibilities include training-schedule maintenance on the NCI website, marketing emails, faxes and hard-copy mailings for events. She also does proof reading, and is liaison with vendors for event items and print products.

Andrea was previously employed for 14 years at Penton Media, Inc., a business-to business communications and media company, in various administration and data entry roles. For the last 7 years she was there, she was heavily involved in the HVAC industry working for Contracting Business Magazine and the HVAC Comfortech event.

Fun Fact:
Andrea prefers going by the nickname Andi (with an i).

Her biggest hobby is horses and loves riding in the Cleveland Metro Parks in the autumn, in local parades, and competing in local fun shows. She has also played soccer on horse-back.

She is the Grandmother of two and is working on swaying their interests to the equine field.
