Nancy moved to East Tennessee in 1993 where she and her husband, Gary built a successful excavating business that continues to serve their local community. She was also a stay-at-home Mom for 23 years raising four amazing daughters who love to play sports.

She became City Recorder for the city of Baneberry, TN in 2022, handling numerous tasks and responsibilities ranging from Council meeting management, to permit processing, and more.

She joined NCI in mid-2023 and was instrumental in helping to organize our new Morristown, TN offices and training center. She performs several administrative functions including reception, class prep and processing, shipping and receiving, inventory management.

Nancy favorite activities include spending time with her family. She loves watching her grown daughters play college sports. She also enjoys running, gardening, and reading.
