Later known as Dieringer AC & Appliance, the company specialized in serving all major appliances, ice machines, refrigeration equipment, and air conditioners. In 1994 Greany joined PHCC in Orange Rio San Bernardino. Eventually he was elected to the Board of Directors where he served for the next 22 years. He was president for five terms and was recognized as the PHCC Contractor of the Year in 2004, 2006, and 2014. In 2010 he met Scott Johnson from whom Greany learned about the science of airflow in a class hosted by a local supplier. The class was not only taught by Johnson, but Rob Falke as well. As Greany says, "I continued on my path toward becoming an "airhead." Two years later Greany was hired at All Pro and helped owner Richard Black start an HVAC division. Last year (2016) Greany sent his entire HVAC division through all the NCI courses. He says they also sent several of their plumbers to performance-based selling and residential system performance classes. In 2017 that division now has seven HVAC technicians, two installation crews, two maintenance technicians, an outside commercial service representative, plus 26 plumbers cross-training to become HVAC technicians but his summer. Greany says the group is vested in the NCI processes and that All Pro is also very active in IHACI and Nextar. Mike will be participating in:

In 2005 Will left the wholesaler and was hired by Canco as a warehouse, purchaser, and salesman. One of the first things that he was expected to do was to take a heat calculation course which he initially failed, but he continued to take courses through ClimateCare and their partner companies like NCI (ISL). Will has since completed all necessary HVAC design courses offered through HRAI – The Heating, Refrigeration Air-Conditioning Institute of Canada – Skilltech Academy, and holds current designations as a Residential Air System Design Technician and Residential Hydronic Design Technician. Don's father knew it was necessary for him to continue to learn all facets of the industry. So Don took many industry classes and was helping to install much of the equipment the company sold and serviced at the time. In 2009, his father passed away suddenly and a friend (local competitor) invited Don to an NCI Conference. Don says that conference changed his business forever. It led to a huge shift in the company culture and the learning curve is never ending. Don and his company are well known for their integrity. He says he will never go back to the old drop and swap of boxes without educating his clients first. The W.B. Steward & Son team gets a great deal of pride and satisfaction when their client's utility bills are cut by up to 50% and they are comfortable and safe in their homes. Don will be participating in:
